Also, they should really look at serving mains either simultaneously or in quick succession, as it gets a bit awkward to see someone eat their hot meal, and then reverse roles 20 minutes later, or in one case, just completely forget. Also, the washrooms could be better, and the stairs a bit less hazardous to climb."
